Fully Isolated Connectors

Fully Insulated (insulated) connectors can be installed easily and quickly, they are preferred because they are more reliable.
It is designed to be waterproof.
They can be used to interconnect a wide variety of (including insulated aluminum and copper conductors) and all common conductors.
They are used to connect insulated mains lines to each other and to the service line.
Corrosion of the contact is prevented by using contact grease.
Wet contact points are prevented by the rubber material (on the contact) used in its production.
When the torque shear bolt on the fully insulated connector is tightened, the contact
LV pierces the insulation of ABC, creating a deep slot in the conductor and creating a large contact surface.
The contacts are made of electrolytic copper plates. In this way, it has excellent
conductivity and very high breaking strength.
Assembly and disassembly of fully insulated connector blocks are possible with the necessary protection equipment under voltage.
